Are there any rooms with special features like balconies or private pools?

Yes! Some rooms, like our 407 sq ft retreat, come with balcony access. Our Luxury Villa even includes a private plunge pool, outdoor shower, and dedicated parking.

Our largest hall—Lantana—can accommodate up to 450 guests theatre-style. We also have smaller halls like Carnation (for ~120 guests) and outdoor/indoor-flexible spaces for more intimate events.

What facilities and amenities are included in the event venues?

Event halls come with centralised air conditioning, fully-equipped sound systems, projectors/microphones, acoustically panelled interiors, and separate toilets for men & women—ideal for seamless events.

Can you host outdoor or mixed indoor-outdoor events at the resort?

Yes—we have an expansive outdoor lawn space, surrounded by scenic greenery, which can be used for open-air events, receptions or cocktail parties in a relaxed hilltop ambience.

How do I book the meeting or event space—and can catering/ dining be organised on site?

Are any of the activities complimentary?

Yes. Plantation walks, lake hikes, cycle rides, and birds/swan feeding are complimentary. Evening shows (fire or magic) and bonfire nights—subject to availability—also come at no extra cost.

What are the timings for popular activities like jeep safaris and waterfall treks?

Jeep safaris run daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM (paid activity). Waterfall treks are scheduled daily from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM (paid activity) for those wanting a scenic adventure.

Can children or families participate—are there activities suited to all ages?

Absolutely. Gentle pursuits like plantation walks, lake hikes, cycle rides, or bird & swan feeding are perfect for families. Evening bonfires or magic shows add fun for all ages too.

Do you need to book activities in advance?

For paid or guided activities (jeep safari, waterfall trek, paintball), we recommend contacting reception or using the activity form to reserve your spot. Complimentary activities generally don’t require booking.

What are the spa timings?

Prana Spa is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Do I need to book spa treatments in advance?

Yes—we recommend booking ahead so you can secure your preferred time and therapist. Walk-ins may be accepted, but depend on availability.

What types of spa treatments do you offer?

We provide a mix of Western spa therapies, traditional Ayurvedic massages, body scrubs, steam therapies and other rejuvenating treatments.

What should I know about spa etiquette and arrival time?

It’s best to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to complete a brief consultation form and get settled. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.

Are there any age restrictions for spa treatments?

Treatments are generally recommended for adult guests. Please notify us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or health concerns at booking so we can suggest suitable therapies.

The resort features a large swimming pool (including the biggest infinity pool in Yercaud), secure parking, indoor and outdoor kids’ recreation areas, and well-equipped common spaces making your stay comfortable and carefree.

We’re on Government Hospital Road, in the heart of Yercaud hills—just a short stroll away from Yercaud Lake and around 400 metres from the Yercaud bus stand.

What’s the nearest railway station or airport to reach the resort?

The nearest rail head is Salem Junction, about 35 km away. For air travellers, Salem Airport is the closest, though major airports like those at Coimbatore or Bangalore are also used by many guests.

Is it easy to get to the resort from Salem or nearby cities by road?

Yes—Yercaud is well-connected by road via Salem. Buses and taxis operate between Salem and Yercaud. From Salem, the drive up to the hills typically takes around 45–60 minutes, making the resort easily accessible.

How far is the resort from main Yercaud attractions (lake, viewpoints, bus stand)?

We’re just a short walk from the lake and the bus stand; many popular attractions and hill-station spots are a short drive away, making it convenient for guests to explore with minimal travel time.

Can we get local transport or shuttle services to/from the resort?

Yes—the resort provides car rental or shuttle assistance on request, which can help you reach us easily from Salem or nearby transport hubs.
